Now that I've been practicing hatha yoga for a few months, I have decided to try a few variations of it. I've started with iyengar yoga which is very focused on precision and detail. Form is extremely important.
I like a new challenge. More importantly, I'm enjoying the new found strength, balance, and stability that I've garnered through practicing the asanas or postures. I've really connected back into myself through practicing yoga and I'm feeling more centered, stable, and calm. It's been a life changing experience for me, as well!
