Good ol'fashioned tape

I'm addicted to making and consuming music playlists on Spotify.

Music is such a passion of mine, always has been. I was the kid who always made mixed-tape music playlists. The only problem with tapes was that you had to rewind or fast forward them.
That wasn't the only problem, but it was certainly one of the most annoying. CDs were so much better for creating awesome playlists. You could download (ahem, illegally) all the music you wanted and create awesome playlists in Windows music. My husband and I met kayaking, but we bonded over my music playlists.
With the invention of iTunes, my life changed! I could easily store my music and create playlists with such ease. Then, fast forward to now! We have so many live-streaming platforms.
I'm in love with Spotify. I like it better than Apple music. Don't get me wrong, I still use my iTunes, but the ease of use for Spotify is just wonderful. Plus, they have a family plan.
My husband and I each, plus our 13 year old son, now have access to free streaming music on out iPhones wherever we go-- without ads. And the best part (if you can believe it) is that not only can I make music playlists, but I can subscribe to other people's playlists! My eyes have been opened to so much amazing music.
I honestly can't even imagine going back to a time where I had to make a mixed cassette tape. The ease of music playlists now is mind blowing, but so very exciting. Subscribe to mine!
