I think I'm partial to this MVMT watch

Ladies watches are back in style and now I need to get one for work.

I grew up wearing watches, but since the invention of the smartphone, I've retired the watch I did own in favor of just streamlining and using my iPhone. It's been great!
I'm realizing, though, the importance of appearance when I walk into a board room. The watch is making it's comeback. It's always been a staple for men, especially professional men, but I'm seeing my female colleagues with ladies watches again, and I can't help but feel the need to cave and give in to the peer pressure.
So, I'm now in the market for a new ladies watch. I'm trying to figure out what brand I should get, but I'll mainly shop on aesthetics. I don't think I want anything too expensive, just the appearance of expensive. Not sure if I should do metal, or some sort of plain band to match most outfits.
I don't need a statement piece. I just need something understated. I don't normally follow the trends in such a way, but in business, sometimes you just need to go with the flow.
Help me pick some watches, please! Remember, it's for work, so professionalism is key, here.
