Spring training baseball season

Spring training is here!

As a working mom, there are many things I have to do during the day, so de-stressing at night, after the girls go to bed, is a huge priority. Even the hubby gets he needs to give me some space!
Usually, I will relax with a glass of wine and binge watch some trashy reality show, but not during Spring training! I love watching baseball. There is something so methodical about the game. Yes, it can get a little boring watching baseball on tv sometimes, but I think that just means you don't have all of the knowledge.
So, Spring training in baseball is the time right before the actual season starts-- like playoffs for football. It's when new players can try out for the roster.
It is also a time for existing baseball players to try out a new position on the field. It's fun to watch them switch it up! I love seeing what all my favorite players are capable of!
It's a super fun time to watch the players on my favorite team (The Brewers!) play around and have a ball (pun absolutely intended) before the season starts. It's a time for them to let loose a little bit, but also gears them up for a great season ahead. You can just feel the energy between the team when they're out there!
I try to get down to Arizona (where a lot of Spring training happens) every couple of years to participate instead of just watch on tv. The energy at the ball parks is so infectious!
