Maybe I'm getting too old but these debates over which Christmas Movie is the best seem pointless. It's always the same 5 movies debated: Christmas Story, Elf, Home Alone, Christmas Vacation and It's a Wonderful Life.
And at this point, we've all seen these movies dozens and dozens of time. Many of us know all of these films by heart. And many of us will watch all of them, plus the other common ones, at least once during the holidays. So stop with the debate and just accept that these top 5 are here to stay awhile, no matter what order in which you prefer them.
A Christmas Story
“There's no debate when they're all watched ad nauseum.”
I love travel - traveling, reading about traveling, watching shows about traveling, planning some traveling... even travel-related shopping. I thought I watched every travel show out there already, like No Reservations and Bizarre Foods.
If you love crime dramas the way I do, you're in for a massive treat with these new series from Netflix, HBO and FX. These are extremely dark stories with cutting-edge, thought-provoking plots and fascinating leads.
I consider myself a progressive dude. I live in New Orleans and even though LA as a state is leaning red as of late, Nola's blue through and through. My girlfriend's more progressive. And she was none too please when I mentioned this term.
