The Best Camping Food Is Kebobs

Planning a camping trip? Plan some kebobs. They are the best, tastiest and easiest thing to make and they're also fun as hell. I make appetizer kebobs, entree kebobs and dessert kebobs.
Appetizer kebobs should always have some bread. I'm a big fan of bread on a kebob, because grilling bread over the campfire is so flavorful. Alls you need is a little garlic salt and olive oil to toss with your bread cubes. Then for app kebobs, get some cherry tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella and make caprese kebobs.
Entree kebobs are pretty meat heavy when I make them. But the best is if you can catch a small fish like a trout and then cook the whole thing on a skewer. So tasty.
I like to throw onions, peppers, zucchinis along with shrimp, fish, steak and pork. Wrapping bacon around it is even better. And marinades are key here too. I usually pre-mix one.
My pre-mix marinade's pretty basic - salt, brown sugar, chopped garlic, pepper, olive oil, vinegar. Damn good. Dessert kebobs are just fun. Marshmallows, bananas, mini cupcakes, strawberries, blackberries, dices of cake, donuts... all this stuff tastes great when it's grilled lightly, and then drizzled with chocolate or dipped.
The second best thing to kebobs is grilled pizza, but this is a little trickier to pull off for camping food. Any more kebob ideas? Leave 'em here.
