Baseball season is about to kick off on March 29th, which is the earliest it's started in a very long time! The baseball schedule is nuts, as per usual, with games overlapping on different stations.
All sports schedules do that-- play games at the same times but on different channels. It's so frustrating! I get that there are a lot of games to be played, but I want to watch as many as I can and it is hard to do that when the schedule has them overlapping in such a way that the avid fan has to switch stations back and forth and might miss something!
I have to catch as many of my Cardinal's games as I can!
I was recently in Spain, where soccer is HUGE, and everyone was wearing soccer jerseys all the time. It was like their version of a T-shirt and jeans. I may have bought a few authentic jerseys to bring home with me.
One of my nephews plays street basketball, or, as he told me it's called, "Streetball". So, whenever I visit them in Los Angeles, I always make sure to check out one or two of his games because they're such fun to watch!
There are so many amazing types of martial arts, but they can blend together for me a bit when I try to read about their differences. I was thinking of starting karate, but maybe there's a better fit for me. Thanks!
I have a bunch of friends on a lacrosse team. My (ex) wife and I used to watch them play before we had Joanna (that's how long it's been). Recently, I had time to go support some of my pals in their game.
Julie, my daughter, has been playing in a soccer league since she was six years old (she's twelve now). She's been playing in the Los Angeles Soccer Association league the whole time. She's made so many friends through this association!
