Railway in India

When I go back to India, I'll only travel using the Indian Railways.

On my travels, I recently went to India. This country is awash with beauty! From the food, the people, the temples, and even the railways, there was always something to explore.
I utilized the Indian railways for transportation as much as possible. I love to people watch, and boy, was there so much to see! The trains get flooded with all kinds of people, from locals to tourists, and while they bustle and hum with activity, everyone I met was really kind to me.
By speaking with a few locals, I found out that the Indian railway systems carry about 13,000 people to and from every day-- impressive!
The energy at the stations is a lot like the energy of the NYC subway system; everyone has a place their trying to get to as quickly as possible.
The railway was grimy just like NYC-- ha! But I loved it. There was just something so bold about every smell, every sound, every person. I wanted to soak it all in and absorb everything to remember always.
I cannot wait to make another trek to India and use their railways to explore more of that beautiful country!
