I'm an advocate for nap time. Since I was young napping was always a part of my routine. Now that I've reached adulthood yoga nidra has replaced napping. It lets you reach the highest level of relaxation.
Since taking up yoga nidra I benefited in ways I wasn't aware I could grow in. I been able to let go of emotions I've held on to for months. Whenever I go into deep meditation I focus on being in present. This has helped me move beyond my past in a state that allows me to be free flowing. Yoga nidra has help me find my inner peace.
