I used to sit at my desk and work all day long. I never left to stretch, walk around or even grab some fresh air. It felt like a ball and chain was attached to my leg. My co-worker asked me if I was aware of my breaths.
I had no idea what he meant, but I immediately started thinking bout it. I meditated in the mornings and at night, but never noticed my breathing. That's when I started taking yoga classes that focused on breathing techniques. I went from taking shallow short breathes everyday to deep energizing breaths. I started to feel renewed and alive each day.
