Limnology, Ecology, The Great Lakes
In any group, there is always the weakest link. The Beatles had Ringo, The Backstreet Boys had Howie, and the Great Lakes have Lake Erie. The Great Lakes are indeed great, standing tall as the largest body of fresh water on the planet. Lake Erie is an undisputed part of these great lakes, but is the shallowest and has the least water among them. Though Lake Ontario has a smaller surface area, it has more water overall and is so beloved, there's an entire Canadian province named after it. What does Lake Erie get? A town in Pennsylvania with 2 lighthouses. Lake Erie is warmest of the Great Lakes, but this is tied to it being the shallowest of them, so maybe don't bring that up around it.
