"No, not the buttons. Not my gumdrop buttons." - Gingy
Christmastime brings many familiar and traditional sights and sounds with it. One of these sights (and tastes) is the classic gingerbread house. A typical Christmas party may have guests decorate gingerbread men, so giving them a gingerbread house isn't a huge stretch of the imagination. This house is also ripe for decoration, and makes for a great group activity. Though gumdrops and candy canes are the go-to additives, the general consensus is that anything that falls into the "candy" category is allowed. Some venues will even hold contests, resulting in houses fit for gingerbread kings. Regardless of your gingerbread sculpting skill level, the resulting structure is sure to delight.
